Shipping policy

Packaging materials: Standard polythene mailing bag packaging 

Tracked 24: We aim to deliver the next working day (Monday to Saturday) for orders placed and dispatched by our cut-off time of 12pm. 

Tracked 48: We aim to deliver within two to three working days for UK mainland. 

For remote locations (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, islands, Channel Islands) delivery may take longer than the standard time. 

No extra surcharge applies for delivery to NI/Channel Islands beyond our standard shipping rate.  

Business days exclude Bank Holidays.  

All times are aims only; delays due to weather, local disruption or remote location may occur. 

Standard UK mainland (England, Wales, most of Scotland): Orders dispatched by 12pm typically arrive next working day. 

Outlying locations (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles): Delivery is typically within two working days; very remote postcodes may take longer. 

All delivery times are “aimed for” and exclude bank holidays and weekends unless otherwise stated. 

Customers will receive tracking information from DPD once the parcel is collected.
