Ordering

How do I place an order?
Add your chosen items to your basket and head to checkout. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details.

Can I edit or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please email us as soon as possible at Moveit@upperstreetevents.co.uk We’ll always do our best to help, though changes can’t be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards. Additional payment options may be added as the shop evolves.


Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the UK.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on the item and your location. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

How much is delivery?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and depend on order size and service.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?
If you need to return something, please contact us at Moveit@upperstreetevents.co.uk

Returns must be unused, in original condition and sent back within the timeframe stated on your order confirmation.

Do you offer exchanges?
If your preferred size or item is in stock, we will do our best to arrange an exchange. Please email us to check availability before sending anything back.

Can I return pre-order items?
Some pre-order or limited-edition items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. This will always be clearly stated on the product page.


Non-refundable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • MOVE IT Travel Mug

  • MOVE IT Water Bottle

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Are MOVE IT products limited edition?
Yes. Our collections are produced in limited runs, designed exclusively for the MOVE IT community.
